Clear terms for using this site.
The boundaries for public technical content, service enquiries, and acceptable use.
Using this site
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms govern the public website and editorial guides; separately signed service agreements govern paid work.
Editorial content
Our articles provide general technical information, not a warranty or a substitute for an assessment of your systems. Test changes in a safe environment and maintain current backups before acting on operational guidance.
Service enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed. A project begins only when both parties sign an applicable agreement or statement of work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit unlawful material, or use automated access that creates unreasonable load.
Ownership and references
Worlber owns the site design and original content unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, marks, and linked resources remain the property of their respective owners. Limited quotation with clear attribution is permitted where allowed by law.
External links
External links are provided for context. Worlber does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, or security.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties and Worlber is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on public content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions may be sent to contactus@worlber.com.
